Events
The 2011 Pool Season
The 2011 swim season at the Parc Reston Condominium’s pool facility is scheduled to begin Saturday, May 28th at 11:00am. The pool will be managed by Premier Aquatics and will have a certified Life Guard on duty during operating hours. Please assist us in making it a great summer, be familar with the pool rules and regulations.
Pool Hours
Weather permitting; the pool will be open six (6) days a week including holidays.
Opening Day: May 28, 2011
Daily Hours of Operation: Tuesday – Friday; 1:00pm – 8:00pm
Weekends Open; 11:00am – 8:00pm
Pool is closed on Mondays, unless a holiday
Closing Day: September 5, 2011
Registration
Here is your Application for the 2011 swimming pool passes. Please fill out all of the information requested on the application form and return to the Management Office. Passes will be available for pick up at the Management Office during normal business hours or from the Lifeguard once the pool season begins.

The Board of Directors will be meeting at 7:00pm on Monday August 22nd in the community clubhouse for their Regular Board of Directors Meeting. All future board of directors meetings will be held the 4th Monday of each month at 7pm in the Community Clubhouse unless otherwise noted. Please check back for the Agenda also Agendas will be posted in the breezeways for onsite owners to view.
Please come out and support your community and sign up to volunteer. We have many opportunites to serve so take a moment to look over our committees and see where your talents can best be utilized.

In Unit Service Program
The Board of Directors has adopted and has implemented a new policy resolution for an In Unit Maintenance Service Program. This program would allow for Owners and Residents to utilize the Maintenance Staff for in-unit repairs or service items for an established fee. Please see the adopted Policy Resolution #15 and contact the Management Office with any questions or concerns. Services are provided on a first-come first-served basis, and appointments can be made upon specific request. Please submit an In Unit Service/Maintenance work ticket through SalesForce under the Members tab or email questions@parcrestonmgmt.com to schedule an appointment.
Engineering Reports
Please log onto your SalesForce account to view the Engineering Reports mentioned in the Notice of the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors. If you do not have a SalesForce password, please email questions@parcrestonmgmt.com . The reports can be found by clicking the Reports link, under the Find Solutions – Record tab at the top of the page.
Guest Parking
Effective July 1st, guest parking is available if designated guest parking spaces. Parking policy is monitored and vehicles are towed between the hours of 11:00pm – 7:00am, seven days a week, including holidays. Details of the parking policy may be found in Policy Resolution No. 7, Vehicles. A summary of the policy is attached here in a letter sent to all residents and owners. Credit Card Payments
As a convenience, Parc Reston is now accepting credit cards as a form of payment for assessments. Owners may use MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. We currently do not accept Visa.
