Pool gates will be open at 6:00pm and food provided by the Association.  Plan on fun activities and a visit from your local police department!

August Board Meeting

The next Board of Directors regular meeting will be held Tuesday August 24th at 7:00pm in the Community Clubhouse.  Agenda to soon be posted with topics to be discussed. 

 Guest Parking

Effective July 1st, guest parking is available if designated guest parking spaces.  Parking policy is monitored and vehicles are towed between the hours of 11:00pm - 7:00am, seven days a week, including holidays.  Details of the parking policy may be found in Policy Resolution No. 7, Vehicles.  A summary of the policy is attached here in a letter sent to all residents and owners.  Please send questions regarding the policy to questions@parcrestonmgmt.com

Pool Pass Registration

Residents must register for pool passes for the 2010 season.  Return the Pool Pass Application to the Management Office and pick up your pool pass from the Lifeguard at your first visit.  Please allow 2-3 days for pool passes to be made once the application is received.  Lost passes will be replaced upon request for a $10 fee.

Please contact the Board of Directors with any service requests, comments, questions, or suggestions you may have by sending an email to questions@parcrestonmgmt.com  a work order will automatically be generated for review.      
   

Credit Card Payments  

As a convenience, Parc Reston is now accepting credit cards as a form of payment for assessments.  Owners may use MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.  We currently do not accept Visa.
