Board of Directors 

The Annual Meeting of the ParcReston Condominium Association is scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at the on-site clubhouse located at 1713 Ascot Way, Reston, Virginia 20190.  The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) members to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please review the Candidate Bios below and submit your proxy by mail, fax, or email on or before 5:00pm Thursday March 25, 2010.  Thereafter, proxies may be submitted during the registration period at the meeting site.  No proxies will be accepted once the meeting has commenced.

February 2010 Calendar  

The February 2010 Association calendar is now available.  Each month a new calendar will be posted with Association events, meetings, holidays, and operations.    

   

Bike Racks

The bike racks in the community will be removed Thursday April 1st.  Please see the Notice for detailed information.

Book of Resolutions - ADOPTED  

The Board of Directors has adopted the revised Book of Resolutions to be implemented August 1, 2009.  Owners will receive additional information in the mail to summarize a few key points to select policies.  We ask that you review the complete Book of Resolutions online or you may request a hard copy from Management.

Credit Card Payments  

  As a convenience, Parc Reston is now accepting credit cards as a form of payment for assessments.  Owners may use MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.  We currently do not accept Visa.
