About

Welcome to our community!  Parc Reston is located across from the Reston Town Center in Reston, Virginia.

Parc RestonOur condominium has 336, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in Garden Style buildings.  Residents here enjoy the newly renovated units, spacious floor plans, an active lifestyle, and various social activities.

Our location is our greatest asset; we are next to the Reston Town Center, next to the W&OD Bike Path, and we have quick access to the Dulles Toll Road. We are walking distance to many great restaurants and shops in the Reston Town Center. Transit is easy as well, with a number of bus routes which run directly from the property and the Reston Station service is only a 10 minute walk away.
