Q: What is included in the condo fee?
A: The condo fee covers the operating expenses of the common property. A portion of the fee is allocated to the reserve fund that is created to ensure there are sufficient funds available for the maintenance, repair and replacements of major components necessary throughout the life of the property. These fees include:

• Regular Maintenance and Care of the Common Area
• Service Contracts (i.e. Landscaping, Trash Removal, Cleaning, etc.)
• Reserve Fund Contributions
• Professional Management Fees
• Legal Fees, Taxes, Audits, etc.
• Condominium Corporation’s Insurance Policies
• Amenities
• Common Area Electricity
• Water & Sewer

Q: Can I have a satellite dish installed?
A: The satellite dish may only be installed in a 5 gallon bucket or tripod on a patio or balcony. A satellite dish may not be attached to any portion of the building or common element, including railings, columns, siding and grounds.

Q: Where can I buy air filters?
A: Air filters are available in the Management Office. Residents have the option of a 30 day filter for $2.50 or a 90 day filter for $7.50. Payment accepted by cash or check only.

Q: How do I get access to the Clubhouse?
A:Use of the clubhouse is reserved exclusively for residents of Parc Reston, subject to all applicable rules, regulations and exclusions. Use of the facility is restricted to key FOB holders and one (1) guest per visit. Key FOBs will be deactivated to holders with a delinquent account of 60+ days. Anyone who cannot display a key FOB will be asked to leave the facility.

Q: How do I report common area light outages (ex: breezeway & porch lights)?
A:Common area service requests can be made through the SalesForce self-service portal on the Owners tab of the website, by calling the Management Office during normal business hours, or by emailing Management with the area of concern.
